Check-in will be at the dorm where the athletes are staying for the duration of camp. There will be signs directing you to the dorm from both the Rt. 96B and Coddington entrances to campus.
Cancelling is completely free until June 15, 2019. Please email the director to request a full refund (minus the online registration fee).
Between June 16 and July 22, we unfortunately have to charge a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is $50 for a one day camp and $150 for Training Academy and the Elite College Camp.
After July 22rd, we are unable to extend refunds.
Every camp will have a certified ATC present at all times during on court activity. Taping, icing and minor injury treatment will happen on site. In case of an emergency, the athlete will be transported to our partner, Cayuga Medical Center, for evaluation and treatment. Parents/Guardians will be notified immediately.
For any special request, or any questions at all, please contact camp director Johan Dulfer at firstname.lastname@example.org or via 607-274-1269. We are more than happy to work with you on anything you might need. We've organized birthday celebrations, made arrangements for arrival or departure times and many other requests. Let's work to make it work!
You are more than welcome to stop by and watch if you'd like (and if your daughter is ok with it of course:) - the official last session of the Training Academy is Sunday morning and we will have a competition segment for parents to watch. This will be followed by "graduation" from the camp and a team picture. It's a great time to come watch. Please bring a (camp)chair with you as we are not able to pull the bleachers out.
We streamlined our registration process to better dovetail with NCAA and College regulations. Our registration process is now completely online and payment has to be made through the website as well. Unfortunately that means we cannot accept checks. If you have any problems, please contact us.
For our one-day camps, campers are grouped by position. For the Training Academy and the Elite College Camps we use a skills evaluation that takes place on the first day. Other factors play a role in the decision to group campers that may not be immediately apparent to them (or you) It is not always possible to make everyone happy, but we try our very best to give everyone a great learning opportunity. Depending on the group you're placed with, you may have different leadership opportunities. If you're still not happy with how it worked out, we just ask that you don't wait until camp has ended with sharing your concerns. We're more than happy to discuss our decisions and will do anything we can to work with you.
